  • KYC
  • Payment Schedule
  • Allotment Letter
  • Stamp Paper For Allotment Letter
  • For loan cases documents required for to loan processing.
  • Loan Sanction Letter
  • Zero balance ledger
  • Letter to advocate for Registry
  • Mortgage for loan cases
  • Copy of Registry

 

For Financing:

Loan sanction is usually processed on the underlying principle

 

For Plots :

Customer contribution                                         – 25% to 30%

Loan sanction on plots up to                                – 70 % to 75%

For Row Houses :

Customer’s contribution                                      – 10% to 15%

Loan available on Row houses (Built up units)       – 85% to 90%

Note: Loan sanction is done on the customer’s eligibility based on his Salary / income

(A)  People receiving salaries :

1.  Photographs – 4 Nos.

2.  Identity Proof – Pan Card / Voter ID / Passport

3.  Address Proof – Electricity / Telephone Bill (Current month)

4.  Salary Slip – Last 6 months ( Including Current Month )

5.  Form No.16A  for TDS deduction by  the employer for last two years

6.  Bank Statement for last 6 months up to present date

7.  Details of current loan, if any.

8.  Closure certificate for the past loan if fully paid up.

 

(B)   Own Business  :

1.  Photographs – 3 Nos.

2.  Identity Proof – Pan Card / Voter ID / Passport

3.  Address Proof – Electricity / Telephone Bill (Current month)

4.  Business / Activity Proof (Gumashta / License copy etc.)

5.  ITR – 2 yrs of income with computation

6.  Bank Statement of last 6 months up to present date

7.  Details of current loan, if any.

8.   Closure certificate for the past loan is fully paid up
